Welcome 2024!
I'm happy to report that annual circulation numbers are almost back to pre-pandemic levels. That's what solid collection development will do.
What is the board up to? They have decided to only meet six times a year. They are working on revamping their bylaws, setting up a review process and benefits for the director, and implementing strategic planning (fail to plan, plan to fail).
