General Information

Examples of current proof of ID and address include:

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Passport
  • State ID only with date of birth
  • Piece of mail postmarked in the last month
  • Pay stub issued in the last month
  • Voters registration card
  • Lease/deed agreement
  • Current utility bill dated within one month

 Non-Resident – Any person who does not qualify for residency shall be considered a non-resident and may apply for an annual library card for a fee of $75.  This fee allows the purchaser to use the Library for one year and is NON-REFUNDABLE.  Interlibrary loan services outside of the local PAC2 Library Consortium are not permitted.  Immediate family members may use the purchaser’s annual card with permission; however, the purchaser will be responsible for all charges or fines on the account. 

 *Any person with a valid library card from a PAC2 Library is eligible for library service.  A valid library card is defined as a card that has not expired and has no outstanding fines or restricted privileges associated with the cardholder.

Loan Policies

The standard loan period is one week for DVDs and Blu-ray,  two weeks for new books and three weeks for all other materials owned by the  Library.   Patrons may renew  items in person, by phone, or online via BiblioCommons.  There is a limit of two renewals on any item.   An item that has a hold on it will not be renewed.

Fines

Overdue fines will be charged for materials kept beyond their due date.  Fines are 10 cents per day, per item.  Patrons who have accrued $5 or more in fines will be blocked from borrowing.
